ORDER

This case was calendared for trial during the Court's September 26, 2022, Denver, Colorado, trial session. On August 24, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 8). By Order served September 1, 2022, respondent's motion was granted, this case was stricken from the September 26, 2022, Denver, Colorado, trial session, and the parties were directed to file on or before September 30, 2022, a status report.

On September 29, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 12) requesting additional time to file a further status report. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before December 5, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
