Adam B. Landy, Special Trial Judge.

This case is scheduled for trial at the Court's April 11, 2023, Tampa, Florida, trial session. On February 7, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance. In his motion, respondent states that petitioner has not informed him whether she objects to the Court granting the motion.

Upon due consideration of respondent's motion, it is

ORDERED, on or before March 17, 2023, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion for Continuance filed February 7, 2023. Failure to file an objection may result in the granting of respondent's motion.
