McCallum, J., would grant.

CRICHTON, J., would grant and assigns reasons:

I would grant the writ application filed by Cajun Constructors, LLC, and Cajun Industries, LLC, to determine whether there is statutory tort immunity for the defendants as set forth in the Louisiana Workers Compensation Act. Because I find such an inquiry may be appropriately determined by summary judgment, I would grant the application, assign the case for briefing, and allow the parties to request oral argument pursuant to La. C.C.P. art. 966(H).
