Cosenza v. Wong

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Mar 6, 1995
213 A.D.2d 371 (N.Y. App. Div. 1995)

Opinion

March 6, 1995

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Kings County (Huttner, J.).

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.

Upon review of the record, we find that the Supreme Court properly granted the defendants' motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint (see, Stewart v. Yeshiva Nachlas Haleviym, 186 A.D.2d 731; Conlon v. Village of Pleasantville, 146 A.D.2d 736). Mangano, P.J., O'Brien, Ritter, Pizzuto and Florio, JJ., concur.
