OPINION & ORDER

:

The Court has received plaintiffs' counsel's request for leave to file a Second Amended Complaint. Dkt. 61. As per the Civil Case Management Plan approved by the Court on November 4, 2015, Dkt. 48, the Court grants plaintiffs leave to file a Second Amended Complaint adding additional plaintiffs who have provided timely notice of their desire to join this action.
