The Court has reviewed the Petition filed in this case (Doc. 1). The documents contain petitioners' personal identifying information. Tax Court Rule 27(a) states that a party making the filing should refrain from including, or should take appropriate steps to redact, certain specified information, such as taxpayer identification numbers and financial account numbers. Due to the unredacted personal identifying information of petitioners that appears therein, the Court will take steps to seal the Petition.
