On February 7, 2023, respondent filed a status report in this case representing that the parties have reached a basis for settlement and are in the process of preparing decision documents for submission to the Court. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's March 6, 2023, Houston, Texas, trial session. This case is continued, and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 27, 2023, the parties shall submit decision documents or respondent shall file a status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
