This case is scheduled for trial at the Court's October 30, 2023, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, trial session.

On September 29, 2023, the Commissioner filed a Motion for Continuance. The Motion states that counsel for Mr. Cornell has been non-responsive to the Commissioner's attempts to obtain Mr. Cornell's views regarding the pending motion.

Upon due consideration of the Commissioner's Motion and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 20, 2023, Mr. Cornell shall file a response to the Commissioner's Motion.
