Dion Anthony Cornelious Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

L. Paige Marvel, Judge.

On February 28, 2022, this case was called and recalled from the calendar for the trial session of the Court at Los Angeles, California. On February 28, 2022, counsel for petitioner, Steven Jager, filed with the Court a limited entry of appearance for the petitioner. This document contained an error and it was stricken from the Court's record. In an Order issued March 4, 2022, counsel for petitioner was directed to file another limited entrance of appearance that corrects the error. On March 9, 2022, petitioner's counsel filed a (corrected) limited entry of appearance designating "representation from this date [March 9, 2022] forward for 60 days through the filing of the first Status Report to the Court. Thereafter, representation may be extended, by mutual agreement of the Petitioner and the undersigned." On March 18, 2022, petitioner's counsel filed a motion to withdraw as counsel. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that on or before April 11, 2022, petitioner shall file a response to the motion to withdraw as counsel.
