On December 10, 2021, counsel for respondent filed with the Court a Motion for Summary Judgment. On December 13, 2021, the Court ordered petitioner to file a response to respondent's motion on or before January 3, 2022. On February 23, 2022, petitioner filed with the Court an Opposition to Motion for Summary Judgment.

This case was called and recalled from the calendar for the Trial Session of the Court at Los Angeles, CA on February 28, 2022. Petitioner, counsel for petitioner, and counsel for respondent appeared. The parties orally moved for a continuance in this case.

On February 28, 2022, counsel for petitioner filed with the Court a Limited Entry of Appearance. This document contains an error. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion, filed December 10, 2021, is denied without prejudice. It is further

ORDERED that counsel for petitioner's limited entry of appearance, filed February 28, 2022, is stricken. It is further

ORDERED that counsel for petitioner should file a new limited entry of appearance correcting the error. It is further

ORDERED that the parties oral motion for continuance is granted and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned and that, on or before April 29, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court a status report as to the then-present status of this case. 1
