BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

As it appears that the proceedings in the circuit court relative to the petitioner's motions are progressing, the petitions for writ of mandamus filed on July 11, 2012, and August 16, 2012, are denied. Cf. Munn v. Fla. Parole Comm'n, 807 So.2d 733 (Fla. 1st DCA 2002). The petitioner's motion to hear and rule filed on August 16, 2012, is denied.
