RECOMMENDED DECISION OF THE MAGISTRATE JUDGE

No objection having been filed to the Magistrate Judge's Recommended Decision filed January 24, 2012, the Recommended Decision is accepted.

Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the Plaintiff's Motion for Attorney Fees Pursuant to § 406(b) (Docket # 23) be and hereby is DENIED without prejudice.
