Luis Cordero appeals the final judgment for unpaid assessments entered against him on behalf of Crestwynd Bay Homeowners Association, Inc. Finding no error in the determination that Cordero is liable for the unpaid assessments, we affirm. It appears, however, that the trial court did not subtract, from the assessment amount, the $3,794.37 that Cordero paid between 2008 and 2012. Those payments should have been credited to Cordero, and the interest adjusted accordingly.
AFFIRMED; REMANDED for proceedings consistent with this opinion. COHEN, WALLIS and LAMBERT, JJ., concur.
