CHRISTOPHER CORDERO PETITIONER v. ARKANSAS DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES RESPONDENT

MOTION TO RELIEVE TRIAL

COUNSEL AND TO APPOINT

APPELLATE COUNSEL

MOTION GRANTED.

PER CURIAM

Comes now Petitioner Christopher Cordero, by and through his counsel, Glen Hoggard, and moves this court to relieve Mr. Hoggard as counsel and to appoint the Public Defender Commission, Dependency-Neglect Appellate Division, to represent him in his appeal from an order of the Lonoke County Circuit Court denying his request for a determination of indigence. Because this court granted Cordero's petition to proceed in forma pauperis on May 30, 2012, so as to allow him to appeal the denial of his request for an indigence determination, we now grant the instant motion. Mr. Hoggard is relieved as counsel, and the Public Defender Commission, Dependency-Neglect Appellate Division, is hereby appointed to represent Cordero in this matter.

Motion granted.
