An appeal having been taken by plaintiff from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 3, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the correspondence received from counsel for defendant-respondent, dated March 12, 2019, withdrawing defendant's purported appeal from the same order, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the defendant's appeal, if one has been filed, is deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid correspondence.
