Before the Court is appellant's October 24, 2022 motion seeking (1) an order to the Clerk to provide him with a copy of court reporter Jennifer K. Corley's September 27, 2022 response letter concluding there is no additional metadata on State's exhibits 10, 10R, and 11R; and (2) to extend the time to file his brief.

We GRANT appellant's motion to the extent we extend the time to file his brief and ORDER appellant to file his brief by November 28, 2022.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to counsel for the State.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send to appellant a copy of this order and a copy of Ms. Corley's September 27, 2022 response letter.
