On February 28, 2022, appellant filed a motion to transfer this appeal to another court of appeals. We referred that motion to the Texas Supreme Court per the procedure set out in Miles v. Ford Motor Company, 914 S.W.2d 135, 137 n.2 (Tex. 1995) (per curiam). We will abate this appeal pending the supreme cout's decision on the motion.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Jay Bender, Presiding Judge, County Court at Law No. 6; to Jennifer Corley, official court reporter, County Court at Law No. 6; to Kimberly Tinsley, deputy official court reporter, County Court at Law No. 6; to appellant at the address on file with the Court; and to the Collin County District Attorney's Office, Appellate Division.

We ABATE this appeal. The appeal will be reinstated when the Court receives the supreme court's ruling and directive on appellant's motion to transfer or the Court determines it is appropriate to do so.
