PER CURIAM.

Petitioner is granted a belated appeal of the October 13, 2011, order denying motion for postconviction relief in Suwannee County Circuit Court case numbers 2001–256–CF and 2009–366–CF and Columbia County case number 2001–465–CF. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of this opinion shall be provided to the clerk of the circuit court for treatment as the notice of appeal. Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(6)(D). LEWIS, C.J., WOLF and ROBERTS, JJ., concur.
