The petition for writ of mandamus, or, in the alternative, for writ of habeas corpus, is hereby dismissed. See Pettway v. State, 766 So. 2d 930, 931 (Fla. 2000) (stating that "this Court will generally not consider the repetitive petitions of persons who have abused the judicial processes of the lower courts such that they have been barred from filing certain actions there."). Petitioner's pending motions are hereby denied as moot.

WELLS, ANSTEAD, PARIENTE, CANTERO, and BELL, JJ., concur.
