An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 22, 2020, and said appeal having been perfected, And defendants-respondents The Metropolitan Transportation Authority, The New York City Transit Authority, and CBT Para Transit, Inc., having moved to dismiss the appeal on the grounds that defendant-appellant has failed to submit a proper record on appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing defendant-appellant to enlarge the record on appeal to include the documents which are annexed to the moving papers as Exhibits D through G, in a supplemental record, to be filed with this Court on or before November 08, 2021 for the January 2022 Term of this Court, to which Term the perfected appeal is adjourned.
