Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed December 29, 2020, and the recitals therein, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 14, 2022, respondent shall file a response to this Order, stating therein whether petitioner has submitted any requests to be relieved of joint and several liability for the taxable years 2017, 2018, or 2019.
