Appeal from the decision by the defendant denying the plaintiff's appeal from the assessment of certain of his real property for property tax purposes, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, where the court, Pittman, J., granted the defendant's motion to dismiss and rendered judgment thereon, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.

Leon Cooper, pro se, the appellant (plaintiff), filed a brief.

James E. Rice and Linda R. Pesce filed a brief for the appellee (defendant).
