AND NOW, this 26th day of May 2016, we grant panel reconsideration of the above-captioned appeal sua sponte, pursuant to 42 Pa.C.S.A. § 5505 (stating: "Except as otherwise provided or prescribed by law, a court upon notice to the parties may modify or rescind any order within 30 days after its entry, notwithstanding the prior termination of any term of court, if no appeal from such order has been taken or allowed") and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's recent decision in Malanchuk v. Sivchuk , No. 22 EAP 2015 (J-30-2016) (filed May 26, 2016). The decision of this Court filed on May 17, 2016, is hereby withdrawn.
