This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 27, 2023, for cases in which Portland, Oregon, is the place of trial.

On November 1, 2022, respondent filed a motion for document subpoena hearing. By order dated December 15, 2022, the Court granted respondent's motion and scheduled this case for hearing on the status of the case at a Washington, D.C., special hearing session of the Court to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, January 11, 2023.

On January 4, 2023, respondent filed a status report. In that status report, respondent represents that the third party, Michael Francis Bilic, Blue Star Charters & Tours, Inc., provided to respondent the "requested documents" on December 30, 2022, and January 3, 2023. Consequently, respondent requests that the Court strike this case for hearing from the Court's January 11, 2023, special hearing session.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is hereby stricken from the special hearing session of the Court scheduled commence on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time).
