Jeremie J. COOKSEY, Petitioner–Appellant, v. CARGILL, INC., Cargill Meat Solutions Corp., and Cargill Animal Protein–Wapello County Facility, Respondents–Appellees.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Polk County, Eliza J. Ovrom, Judge. Claimant appeals the district court's decision affirming the agency's dismissal, without a hearing, of his application for alternate medical care pursuant to Iowa Administrative Code rule 876–4.48(7).
