The plaintiff's petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 206 Conn. App. 151, 259 A.3d 1211 (2021), is granted, limited to the following issue: "Did the Appellate Court correctly conclude that the justiciability bar set forth in Heck v. Humphrey, 512 U.S. 477, 114 S. Ct. 2364, 129 L. Ed. 2d 383 (1994), which the Appellate Court adopted in Taylor v. Wallace, 184 Conn. App. 43, 194 A.3d 343 (2018), required dismissal of the plaintiff's legal malpractice claims against his former habeas counsel as unripe in the absence of prior invalidation of the plaintiff's underlying criminal conviction?"
