Application for leave to appeal from the Circuit Court for Montgomery County (SHURE, J.).

George Edward Cook instituted a proceeding under the Post Conviction Procedure Act, and from a denial of relief, he applied for leave to appeal.

Application denied.

Before PRESCOTT, C.J., and HAMMOND, HORNEY, MARBURY and BARNES, JJ.


Decided April 28, 1966.


The application will be denied for the reasons assigned by Judge Shure in the lower court.
