Action by Goldie Cook, as administratrix, etc., to recover damages for pain and suffering and for the wrongful death of Clara L. Mason; by Grace Ann Meyer for personal injuries; and by her husband for personal injuries, and for medical expenses and loss of services. Plaintiffs claimed that such death and personal injuries were due to carbon monoxide poisoning, resulting from the operation of an alleged defective refrigerator in their apartment. Judgment in favor of defendants, entered on the verdict of a jury, unanimously affirmed, with one bill of costs. No opinion.
