MOTION TO RECONSIDER THIS COURT'S CONFIDENTIALITY ORDER ENTERED ON NOVEMBER 10, 2004


I. INTRODUCTION

All parties in this action agree that a confidentiality order is needed to ensure the protection of produced documents. All parties also agree that this Court's standard confidentiality order and the terms thereof will adequately protect all produced documents. However, plaintiffs requested, and this Court granted on November 10, 2004, that an additional provision be included in this Court's standard confidentiality order that would permit plaintiffs to share documents produced in this case with plaintiffs from an unrelated case pending in the Southern District of Indiana styled Reginald Martin Agency, Inc., et al. v. Conseco Medical Insurance Company, et al., 1:04-CV-01587-RLY-JAB (hereinafter " Martin case").
