Conrad v. Conrad

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Jan 25, 1983
425 So. 2d 649 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1983)

Opinion

No. 82-750.

January 25, 1983.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Dade County, Dick C.P. Lantz, Judge.

Gars, Dixon Shapiro and Robert Dixon, Miami, for appellant.

Ferrell Ferrell and Milton Ferrell, Miami, for appellee.

Before BARKDULL, NESBITT and JORGENSON, JJ.

The parties to this appeal agreed at oral argument that the second and third issues involved in this appeal had been resolved between them leaving only the question of whether the trial court abused his discretion in awarding the wife the marital home as lump sum alimony. We affirm the trial court since no clear abuse of discretion is demonstrated on this record. See Canakaris v. Canakaris, 382 So.2d 1197 (Fla. 1980).
