Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, upon the ground that the verdict is contrary to the weight of evidence as to the negligence of the defendant. Jenks, P.J., Mills and Jaycox, JJ., concur; Rich and Blackmar, JJ., vote to affirm.
