DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to dismiss appeal for failure to redact record on appeal or, in the alternative, to compel appellants to redact record on appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to compel appellants to redact the record on appeal is granted, without costs, to the extent that appellants shall file an original properly redacted record on appeal and one digital copy of a properly redacted record on appeal, with proof of service of one hard copy of a properly redacted record on appeal upon each other party to the appeal on or before March 22, 2019.
