This case was called from the calendar at the Court's December 6, 2021, New Orleans, Louisiana, remote trial session. Both parties appeared and were heard. On December 8, 2021, the parties filed two documents, each entitled "Stipulation of Settled Issues." The first document, at docket entry No. 10, and the second document, at docket entry No. 11, are duplicates. Accordingly, it is, ORDERED that the Stipulation of Settled Issues at docket entry No. 11, filed December 8, 2021, is deemed stricken from the record. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall submit a proposed stipulated decision to the Court by February 11, 2022.
