Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the court, Freed, J.; granted the plaintiff's motion to substitute GE Capital Asset Management Corporation as plaintiff; thereafter, the court rendered judgment of foreclosure by sale, from which the named defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
