ORDER
This is an accelerated appeal from the trial court's order denying appellant's motion to dismiss and compel arbitration. The clerk's record has been filed; the reporter's record is due March 2, 2020.
By letter filed February 24, 2020, court reporter Cathye Moreno has informed the Court no record was taken of the hearing on the arbitration motion. Accordingly, the appeal will proceed on the clerk's record alone and appellant is ORDERED to file its opening brief no later than March 17, 2020.
