In an action on behalf of the infant plaintiff to recover damages for personal injuries and by his father for medical expenses, order granting a preference affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Wenzel, MacCrate, Beldock and Ughetta, JJ., concur.
