Appeals having been taken to this Court by appellant Ari T. from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, both entered on or about November 17, 2015, And appellant Ari T. having moved for consolidation of the aforesaid appeals,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting appellant to prosecute the consolidated appeal upon 9 copies of one record and one set of appellant's points covering the consolidated appeal. The attention of the parties is directed to 22 NYCRR § 600.11. The time to perfect the consolidated appeal is enlarged to on or before January 3, 2017 for the March 2017 Term.
