No. 44754.

November 9, 1959.

IN RE MRS. NANCY CALLAN CONEY APPLYING FOR WRITS OF CERTIORARI, REVIEW, PROHIBITION AND MANDAMUS; PARISH OF TANGIPAHOA.

Benton Moseley, Baton Rouge, Mary Purser, Amite, for relator.

The circumstances leading up to the issuance of the instant writs are fully set forth in Coney v. Coney, 238 La. 410, 115 So.2d 801.

In view of our dismissal of the appeal therein the issue presented here is now moot, the relief sought by applicant having been effectively afforded through our decision in that cause.

For the reasons assigned the writs heretofore issued by us are recalled and the rule to show cause is discharged.
