Present — Crosby, P.J., Cunningham, Taylor, Dowling and McCurn, JJ.


Judgment and order reversed on the facts and a new trial granted, with costs to the appellant to abide the event, on the ground that the verdict was inadequate. All concur, except Taylor, J., not voting. (The judgment is for plaintiff in an automobile negligence action. The order denies plaintiff's motion for a new trial.)
