Condon v. Condon

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fifth District
Jun 24, 1981
400 So. 2d 174 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1981)

Opinion

No. 80-1424.

June 24, 1981.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Osceola County; Alexander D. Hall, Jr., Acting Circuit Judge.

Arthur Baron, Orlando, for appellant.

No appearance for appellee.

This is an appeal from an order entitled "Clarification Order" which was entered on November 26, 1980 after a January 30, 1980 judgment. We find this order to be advisory only, of no binding legal effect and not appealable. Whether or not the legal conclusion the appellant has drawn from the particular wording of the order is correct is not for us to determine at this time.

APPEAL DISMISSED.

COBB and SHARP, JJ., concur.
