STIPULATION OF JOINT VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL.


IT IS STIPULATED, by all parties to this action, through the signatures of their counsel of record and subject to the approval of the Court that:

1. All claims presented by the complaint and all claims presented by the counterclaim in this action shall be dismissed with prejudice as to all parties pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

2. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney's fees.

ORDER

The Court has reviewed the Stipulation set forth above and finds it to be in order and in the interests of justice in this matter. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that:

1. This action, including all claims presented by the complaint and counterclaim, are and shall be dismissed with prejudice.

2. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney's fees.
