On Appeal from the 192nd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. DC-22-06667
Before Chief Justice Burns, Justice Pedersen, III, and Justice Goldstein
MEMORANDUM OPINION
ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE
Appellants appealed the trial court's July 26, 2022 order denying their application for a temporary injunction. In a letter filed on October 21, 2022, appellants inform the Court that the trial court subsequently granted their application for a temporary injunction and they, therefore, request dismissal of the appeal. We construe appellant's letter as a motion to dismiss. We GRANT the motion and dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1).
