Indictment charging defendant with burglary, larceny, receiving stolen goods, and conspiracy. Before McKAY, J., specially presiding, without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 1278 and 1279, Oct. T., 1968, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Sept. T., 1967, Nos. 812 and 813. Argued March 16, 1970.
