Indictments charging defendant with rape, aggravated assault, robbery, conspiracy and indecent assault. Before RICHETTE, J. Verdict of guilty of all charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 689, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1974, Nos. 891 to 896, inclusive. Submitted September 22, 1976.
