Appeals, Nos. 365, 366, and 367, Oct. T., 1966, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Sept. T., 1965, Nos. 397, 398, and 399. Indictment charging defendant with assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to ravish and rape, assault and battery and indecent assault, burglary with intent to commit a felony, and statutory rape. Submitted June 13, 1966.
