Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, and leaving the scene of an accident. Before POPOVICH, J., without a jury. Defendant's demurrer to charge of leaving the scene of an accident sustained and defendant found guilty of driving while under the influence of intoxicants and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 779, April T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. CC7704868A. Argued October 23, 1978.
