Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, and leaving the scene of an accident. Before POPOVICH, J., without a jury. Defendant's demurrer to charge of leaving the scene of an accident sustained and defendant found guilty of driving while under the influence of intoxicants and judgment of sentence entered.
