DECISIONS PURSUANT TO RULE 1:28.

The order denying the defendant's motion to suppress items located in his car is reversed. The judgments on the counts of the complaint charging leaving a firearm in a vehicle, carrying a firearm without a license, and possessing marijuana, are reversed, and the findings of guilty on those counts are set aside. The judgment on the count of the complaint charging possession ammunition without a FID card (count one) is affirmed.
