Indictments charging defendant with burglary, aggravated robbery, playfully and wantonly pointing a firearm, and violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. Before LAGAKOS, J. Appeals, Nos. 107 and 108, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Aug. T., 1971, Nos. 135 and 136. Submitted December 3, 1973.
