AND NOW, this 20^th day of July, 2017, in light of our Supreme Court's recent decision in Commonwealth v. Muniz , ___ A.3d ___, No. 47 MAP 2016 (Pa. filed July 19, 2017), this Court's July 18, 2017 Opinion is WITHDRAWN.

Appellant is DIRECTED to provide a post-submission communication within 30 days of the date of this Order, addressing the applicability of Muniz to the issues raised in the instant appeal. Appellee is DIRECTED to provide a responsive post-submission communication within 30 days of the date Appellant files his communication. Appellant shall then have 10 days in which he may file a reply post-submission communication.
