Indictment charging defendant with assault with intent to ravish and burglary. Before KENT, J. Verdict of guilty. Defendant filed motions nunc pro tunc for new trial and in arrest of judgment, which were denied, and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1662, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, May T., 1972, No. 0576. Argued March 28, 1978.

James Robert Freeman, Assistant District Attorney, submitted a brief for Commonwealth, appellee.


Judgment of sentence affirmed.

HOFFMAN, J., would discharge appellant on the conviction of assault with intent to ravish and would affirm all other convictions.
